Ipconfig /all network configuration

Hello Together I have a Question. I life in Germany Frankfurt and wanna Play Competitive FPS Shooter.

I make about CMD a test from Epicgames traceroute its look in my opinion not perfect because some Request timed out maybe its normal I dont know. I have good Ping 5MS on most Servers and Bufferbloat from DSLReports is also A so really ok.

When I ipconfig /all I become these here is there any thing I can change? maybe a DNS or something.

Looks like a lot of hops to get to the EU West servers. Is that the closest server to you? I think that is all you can do about it since you don't control any of those big iron routers in between you and the game servers =(

The speed there is not bad, only 15ms to destination. What is the actual problem?

Am affraid that you cant change anything there, for changing something like DNS you should go at settings or just watch a yt video.
