IQ Test

My god that "Test the nation" test is long!
I've been at it for over ages and still not finished...'

EDIT:
Finally done.
And that was a bit embarrasing. I got a score of 98...

At least I can claim that the picture and word puzzles weren't exactly fair, considering I neither knew the people nor the sayings. But I guess I can postpone my application to mensa ;) :D

The first year they did test the nation I got 119

The last test, the one that's up now, I got 121

It's acctually a fairly accurate test usually, but in fairness, some people did find that this last test was a little biased.

Too bad I couldn't find one in norwegian to see if that'd help (having sayings and pictures of people I know who are)...

Oh, well it's not like the end of the world or anything...

If it will make you feel any better I got a 72 on that one. Also I have now taken the emode test you guys were talking about and I got over 100 on that one so I think the type of test makes a big difrence. I usually take these things when I'm tired, because I'm often tired when I get on the computer because I can't go to sleep. Once in awhile I do better if I'm just feeling the best, but how often is that? For me probably my walking aroud inteligence is often way lower than my peak. But what is more valid, what you get in the best of circumstances that only hapen now and then or what you get under your average conditons?

Your IQ score is 133

Your Intellectual Type is Insightful Linguist. This means you are highly intelligent and have the natural fluency of a writer and the visual and spatial strengths of an artist. Those skills contribute to your creative and expressive mind.

Told you, Guinness is good for you!

Pretty generic test

My 11yo got a 108 and I got a 127. Ostensibly, we are both Word Warriors.
IQ testing is fairly subjective, I think. Much depends on the test, culture, and circumstances of the testers and the tests. But it was fun.

Yikes, now here is a thread from back when I hated everything about a forum. I hated the idea of searching for something, only to find a list of forum topics. It wasn't until the first part of 2009 that I opened up to taking part in the forum life.

LOL, I never looked at the original date.
