Is my power supply strong enough to get the gtx 1080?

Motherboard: GA z79x
CPU: I7-4790k
Ram: 8GB DDR3
SSD: 126GB

My PSU is a 600w 80+. Says it runs 530w at 12V+

Any help is much appreciated!

You won't be seeing much non-hedt systems that run at more then 400W unless they're seriously overclocked or run 1080Ti. A PSU that have 550W or more would be a good fit.

Some custom gtx 1080's requires 6+8 pin connectors. So your psu should have them natively or modularly connected if it's possible for a stable perfomance of a card.
