Just installed HIS Radeon HD 5770, feel I've forgotten something

hi

just installed his radeon hd 5770 on gigabyte ga-ma785gt-ud3h
the mobo have integrated ati radeon hd 4200
bios is award

os is win 7 home premium 64 bit

first i putted the video card in, installed the drivers to the card, restarted, and then this:

the easy tune 6 came with the driver cd, when i start this app up it shows:

error could not load device driver

the windows explorer has started to crash when i go into controlpanel and shows this:

and the taskbar is grey, not black as preffered.
edit: no the taskbar is okay, us hide function and firefox made me wonder:p

what have i do wrong?
 
make sure you have uninstalled the previous display drivers and that the integrated graphics controller, the HD4200, is disabled in BIOS.
 
Download the latest Catalyst 10.4 WHQL drivers available at Game AMD. You may download the entire Catalyst Suite or the display driver and Catalyst Control Centre individually. Download and run Driver Sweeper. Remove all traces of ATI drivers from your system. Reboot the PC and install the downloaded drivers.
 
Did you install the AVIVO driver (codec) package ?
If you just load the driver you wont need it, but if you load the whole CCC package you'll need to install at AVIVO codecs.
I wouldn't have thought it would crash the sytem though.
