Key strokes?

hi guys if wondering if you can help me about the led codes. my laptop wont start it shows a blank screen i dont know if the motherboard is dead or processor is burned or gpu. I tried to hold down the fn key for 5 seconds before turning on my laptop and the 3 leds light up and the first led is blinking while the other two leds are on steady light. Hopefully i get helped on this thank you
