Keyboard wont shut off

i dont really think i can fix this, but the lights on my keyboard (the caps lock, num lock, scroll lock) stay lit when my PC shuts down, indicating power is still running through. they go out if I cut total power but other than that...

im just wondering what would cause that or if my PC should do that

As long as the power is connected to your pc, this is quite normal and nothing to worry about. My usb keyboard does exactly the same.
