Kodak hero 5.1 printer

Hi I need help my Kodak hero 5.1 printer won't turn on when I put the power lead into the wall the wee green light lights up but then when I put the wire into the printer the green light turns off again and no power gets to the printer. I have bought 3 new wires thinking that was the problem but all 4 wires still work but the printer doesn't turn on could someone please please help me

Thank for your reply but Iv tried all that and nothing seems to work in just as a dead end atm and I don't want to throw it out incase it can be fixed
