Laptop audio and video lags

Okay one day i turned my computer on and all audio or video seems to want to lag on me. Whether it is something through a media player or something from youtube it will lag. I was wondering if anyone had a solution.

I posted a hijack log if that will help anyone thanks.

and clean up the computer...

That's what i thought but i updated the drivers and cleaned the computer but still no improvment.
