Laptop won't power on?

Hi, I have a msi cr410, it was worming perfectly last night bit when I opened it tonight (plugged in to wall) it didnt turn on and the only light thats on on my laptop is the battery light. I tried taking out the battery and pressing the power button for 30 sec then put back the batt but it didnt work. After a while I noticed that the battery light on my laptop was gone also. And when I hold the adaptor is not hot not like before that its hot but the adaptor light is still on.please help me.. I need my laptop.. tnx so much..

I have a Acer Laptop. Yesterday I formate my laptop Frst Via USB FLASH ... After that my instalation Os showing incomplte and need restart ... I thought that was my os issue after that I disconected my Usb flash and than I used my DVD Disk and retry to install the same os ... but after finalize install when pc take auto restart it comes from again press any key for boot from DVD ... I insert my os disk and gave some time to start d leptop and than I again press my os but after that it gave a sound teettttt teet ... again same is os incmplt need restrt ... after that I used an idea .. I formate my hrd drive into Deks stop computer and it successfully installed ...but after that what happen My Power not workng.. I conected my hrd drive n try to on my leptop power but my indicator not indicate me its working or not ... Any suggesion please

I just turned on the laptop for like 30 minutes. About 2 days ago, I used hwmonitor and I remembered that my CPU has 38c. Right now when I press the power button it still just flash once and nothing happens.

Cheack Your Ac Adapter And Bettery Also ... Some time it shows in Over Charged bettery also. So Disconect the bettry and Direct connect it via Ac Adapter and Press ur Power key 3-5 minute .
