Latitude E6430 Overheating Issue

This machine has been over heating quite a bit these days, cases when it over heats :

1) When I'm playing a game, it'll overheat and shut down after 20 - 30 minutes.

2) When I keep two chrome tabs open, one for doing work and the other for listening music on youtube. (Only when head phones are plugged in)

What's surprising is that the heat sink, or even the bottom of the laptop is not even that warm at all, but the laptop still overheats, and it has been driving me crazy. I updated the Bios lately but still, no change is seen.

The specs are :

Windows 7 (64 Bit)

Intel Core i5

8 Gb Ram

Intel HD Graphics 4000 & NVIDIA NVS 5200M

Please help me.

Inside there is usually a funnel to channel the air - and dust can clog this up. This requires disassembly. Watch several YouTube videos on this to gather tips and information. Some folks decide this is 'too much' and they take it to a shop for service ($60-$200). Some shops are much better than others so checking around is a good idea.
