Well I don't agree... or we are not talking about the same concept...

Ok I take that from the first Google result, but it sums up what I understand as hate speech.

"Offensive" is subjective. So you're using a subjective term to describe a subjective term. Hate speech is objectively not a thing. If it can mean anything, it means nothing.

How does it threaten social peace and who's social peace? It's just more subjective terminology claiming status as a "definition".

Just because people disagree with a statement, doesn't mean the statement is meant to be offensive and just because someone chooses to take offense at a statement, doesn't mean the statement was intended that way.

Someone says something you disagree with, then you have a debate (much like now). They offer up an idea or statement, you counter with a rebuttal. You don't try to label something you disagree with by a pejorative in an attempt to make it evil (the entire purpose of "hate speech"). You argue based on the merits and facts.

The lawyers who talked some clown with only 9 shares of $TSLA did not help shareholders in any way at all.

In fact, they hurt ever one of us. I had 3 years of profits wiped out in just a couple of months thanks to them.

Luckily, Tesla is a strong company and will survive this, and even thrive in the future, but that could take years to recover what we have lost.

And people wonder why lawyers are hated as much as they are... There is good reason, and this lawsuit is at the top of the heap.

Ah yes, everything always comes down to a so called "Leftist campaign" to boycott something, doesn't it?

I'm glad you asked. Not everything, no -- but this does:

NPR: "...On Friday, the NAACP joined the ADL and other groups in calling for an advertiser boycott of the platform [Twitter]..."

The other groups include: GLAAD, Public Citizen, Friends of the Earth, Center on Race and Digital Justice, Global Indigenous Alliance, National LGBTQ Task Force, PFLAG National, Voto Latino, and several others. Want to dispute these are Leftist organizations?
