Judge denies Elon Musk's billion-dollar Tesla pay package for a second time

Ok, so I admit I had to look that up.

But anyway, at its core, the judge ruled against Mush because:

"McCormick said, the June vote was flawed because the board presented “materially misleading” information to shareholders in the proxy statement urging them to ratify Mr. Musk’s pay package again.
Among the “many ways in which the proxy statement mangles the truth,” she wrote, was the assurance that a new vote would change the outcome of the case”.

I'm not sure how it could be any more clear.

It's crystal clear.

The issue is Elon lovers, much like Trump lovers, never see anything outside of how perfect and deserving of everything they are.

If the man baby millionaires/billionaires don't get what they cry about, folks immediately jump to defending the rich because they admire them so much. No reasonable reason could be responsible, that's silly.

That's why they get the term boot licker.
