Layered Hidden WIndows

I have a Toshiba Laptop im working on in my computer shop and i got this message that popped up when i tried to shut down or restart saying that Layered Hidden Windows failed to close. I dont know why this message pops up and its new to me ive never seen it, i need some help anyone know how to get rid of this pop up without having to reinstall the O.S.

Hi.. while I haven't done much research yet, one thing I have noticed in many discussions about similar errors is Zone Alarms's firewall software. Have you tried removing or reinstalling this? (If you have it.) Please give that a try and let us know how things go.

Also, what antivirus software are you running? Are there any other TSR programs running? Any and all potentially related info could be useful.
