I have the Cooler master hyper 212 model from here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065

and my motherboard from here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131379

and my processor here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117258

Now all of these support or have LGA 1366, but when going through the instructions for the cooler master heatsink, it says I have to screw this:

but...the screws simply wont fit no matter what. I have tried for over an hour. If anyone has any help they can provide please do, I need this server computer built by tonight.

Turns out the back-plate cannot be removed from the motherboard and I have to get a different cooler that is 3 times the price of the one I got and probably worst....I swear businesses some times....

Why can't you simply find screws the same length that fit the thread in the back plate?

Unless this server board has a different bolt patteDoes it?
