Malware/viruses come back

my spy sweeper detects the same things: Trojan Hjack, and adware
when the sweep is finished, i have these quarantined and deleted, but problems occur right away, i sweep again and find the same things again, except theres more:
some adware called virtumonde, and a malwareDnldr (i guess it means some sort of downloader) now these ads that say that my cpu is infected want me to download it, but i dont trust them

please help!
