I need to buy a gpu for my laptop and I noticed same gpus have some different markings.
What difference does it make?

Likely to be indicators for PCB versions (VER 1.0 and VER 1.2). There’s normally not a big difference in such changes but without knowing what GPU it is and for what laptop, it’s impossible to tell.
