Microsoft Office Professional 2003 keeps trying to install

Hi, I have a Windows Vista. It came with Office 2007 trial which I never activated but I needed office for work so my boss installed what I think is an illegal copy of office 2003 on my computer. I no longer work for that company and uninstalled Office 2007. When it finished uninstalling I started getting a window saying that Office 2003 is trying to install. I never uninstalled it. No matter how many times I cancel it comes back and asks me to insert the disc i used to install it, which I don't have as I don't work at my old office. It says that installation file SKU11.CAB could not be found. This error is annoying as I'm trying to clean up my computer but can't uninstall anything while this thing is up. I don't want office at all want to get rid of it.

Use the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility. You can download it here.

Select the Microsoft Office 2003 entry from the list and have it remove the installer and all. That will solve the problem, I guarantee it. You'll have to reinstall Office again if you want to use it later.
