Mini.dmp read help help!!!!!

  1. Hello to all!
    Am new to this forum so pls be patienced! :)
    Am getting the damn BSOD bad pool caller.. and am trying to read the mini.dmp files but getting no results.. so pls can someone read the file for me??
    I noticed it always happen when am watching videos on youtube or listening music on myspace's music player..
    so maybe some wrong with my video card?

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

    your minidump crashes at fwdrv.sys. This is your Kerio firewall programme. Try updating the programme. If that doesn`t help, uninstall and reinstall it. If that still doesn`t help, try using a different firewall programme.

    Zonealarm or Comodo free firewall programmes.

    Hello Howard and thanks for the quick reply...
    i uninstalled the firewall and tryied to force to PC again on youtube.. same error.. :(
    anyway.. i had both comodo and zonealarm before.. same errors..
    also i insalled XP with or without SP2 (now i have SP1)
    i also tryied different drivers.. nothing.. same error..
    i put in attachment a new mini.dmp, hoping can help... i'm starting to think its an hardware problem..

    Your last minidump crashes at e10kx2k.sys. This is part of your Soundblaster drivers.

    Uninstall/reinstall/update your sound card drivers.

    Thank you Howard!! i'll download new drivers and try again.. if i got a new crash i'll post again.. hoping u'll not kill me :)
