Mouse and keyboard not working after replacing motherboard

Hi,
I’ve installed a new motherboard, cpu and ram. My mouse and keyboard work on bios but it’ll cut out when on the windows loading screen.
I have reinstalled windows 7 and I have installed all the mobo drivers using a ps/2 keyboard.
Doesn’t work in safe mode and I’ve disabled legacy mode on the usb setting.
I have a msi x470 mobo with a ryzen 5 2600x cpu
