My HijackThis Log, Please help

I recently got a virus on my computer and i want to make sure its nothing serious just to be on the safe side.

I alrdy ran AVG scan and cleaned any harmful files and i have no idea hot to post my hijackthis log in the correct format will someone plz tell me how to do it?
