my internet doesn't work!!!!

hi
for some reasons my internet doesn't work! even though the four light on my speedstream 4100 modem are all green.i have dsl.
i think it got to do with ATM Connection
i checked my connection, everything pass except Atm Connection.
ATM CONNECTION
1) check atm cell-delineation : pass
2)check atm signal : pass
3) preform atm oam segment : Fail!!!!!!
4)preform atm oam end to end ping : fail!!!!!!!!!
i dont even wht i means!!!!!!!!
plz help me as soon as possible.
i dont know wht to do.!!!

first i would go to the control panel and click on network and sharing, and see if you are receiving the internet, sometimes you can have all the green lights but you may not be receiving a connection from the company that you are connected with, this problem occurs more if you have Tiscali broadband.
You can right click on the connection monitor at the bottom right of your screen and check the connection properties and see if you are receiving a signal, it depends what OS system you have, if you have XP it will be different than Vista, it isnt much different but it is different,
