My Lenova Desktop Computer won't turn on, stays in Power Saving Mode.

My PC turns on the light lights up the monitor just says power saving mode and then just turns off and sits there.
Removed the RAM and carefully cleaned it with Eraser.
I also removed the CMOS battery and replaced after a minute or more but I can't get away with the issue here.

PLEASE HELP

It sounded like the RAM needs to be re-seated but you did that by removing it and cleaning it. You could try to get it to POST with one stick in (a bad stick of RAM would create the problem you have). It could also be a power supply issue...it has enough power to run the fans and lights but not enough to power up. It should be one of those things.
