Hello and welcome to Techspot.
I have merged all your threads together. Please don`t open any more threads for this problem. I`ve also moved the lot into our security and the web forum.
You might want to copy and paste these instructions into a notepad file. Then you can have the file open in safe mode, so you can follow the instructions easier.
Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how here.>

Boot into safe mode, under your normal user name(NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT). See how here.>

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how here.>

Go to add remove programmes in your control panel and uninstall anything to do with(if there).
outlook
Close control panel.
Open your task manager, by holding down the ctrl and alt keys and pressing the delete key.
Click on the processes tab and end process for(if there).
outlook.exe
Close task manager.
Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [outlook] C:\Program Files\outlook\outlook.exe /auto
Click on the fix checked button.
Close HJT.
Locate and delete the following
bold files and/or directories(if there).
C:\Program Files\
outlook<Delete the entire folder.
Reboot into normal mode, turn system restore back on and rehide your protected OS files.
You`re not running any antivirus or firewall software. This is a huge security risk. Go
HERE and follow the instructions for downloading and installing an antivirus and firewall programme. Once you`ve done that, run a full system scan with whatever antivirus programme you chose and delete whatever it finds, this includes anything in the virus vaut/quarantine.
Post a fresh HJT log and let me know how your system is running.
Regards Howard
Edit: I`ve just looked at your first HJT log and you have Norton running, but not in your second HJT log. (I thought rik was losing it for a minute there lol.) I take it you`ve uninstalled Norton? That`s a very foolish thing to do without replacing it with another anitvirus and firewall programme.
BTW: Getting rid of Norton is probably a good idea. However, it`s not a requirement and is completely up to you. The benefits of getting rid of Symantec/Norton are a faster system as it`s one of the biggest resource hoggers around.
