Navigation Bar Unresponsive After Water Damage

Okay, so a while ago I dropped my Nokia 6 2018 down the toilet ( I know). It was in a case and I turned it off immediately. Shortly after I turned it back on and, overjoyed that it was working, started watching Netflix. I noticed the speakers weren't working( they are now) so I restarted the phone. It wouldn't turn on. I left it in rice for a few days and it recovered, however the navigation bar isnt working( the buttons are touch sensitive and are not on screen) The lights on them light up when I tap but they do not work? Any suggestions?

Back it up if you can & reset it to factory settings.
