Need a better graphics card

Hello, I have been gaming on the PC for about 8 months. And I have been fine with everything. But not that newer games are coming out that I take interest in, I decided to buy them. But they need a better proformance graphics card. I am unsure on which one I should purchase based around my computer specs. It is a CybertronPC Patriot GM1293D Desktop

Processor: 3.4 GHz A-Series Dual-Core A4-5300
Graphics: Radeon HD 7480D GPU
8GB of RAM
Hard Drive: 1 TB SATA
System Type: 64-Bit Operating System, x64-based processor.
Windows 8.1

Lets start with budget. What is the amount of money you can / will be spending for better graphics?
What resolution will your monitor / television be running for said games (1080 / 1440 / etc)?
You should also look at getting a larger PSU (Power Supply Unit) depending on what graphics card you go with. Your current PSU is a 450W and that is bare minimum for certain graphics cards.
