Hello,
This is my first post on this site, so please bear with me.
I will start with my situation which just started this week. My AVG 8 kept on freezing and would require a restart to close. I was getting the error message that files could not be "read." This happend 4 times. I googled the AVG error message and this site came up #6 (way to go!).
Anyways, I found Julios thread and followed the steps as best I could (I ran some extra scans). Nothing too crazy came up, just a troj worm called Win32.
Computer Specs - from Everest
Results from scans
The panda scan came up with 0 problems, as well as tool 2 & 3.
I have attched the logs requested and please note that I ran SS&D twice cause I was on a roll scanning.
Please let me know what else you may need from me, I will be checking back frequently.
Thank you,
Theresa
