Need GPU for semi-old computer with DDR2, considered HD 5770

I built a computer on a budget with:

Mainboard : Dell 0ND237
Chipset : Intel i945G/GZ
Processor : Intel Pentium 4 650 @ 3400MHz
Physical Memory : 3072MB
Video Card : Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family
Hard Disk : Western Digital WD800JD-75MSA1 (80GB)
DVD-Rom Drive : Toshiba-Samsung CDRWDVD TS-H492C
Monitor Type : Tatung V37NCGE - 37 inches
Network Card : Broadcom BCM5751 NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet PCIe
DirectX : Version 9.0c (May 2010)

I have looked around for 200 and below and found a

HIS H577FK1GD Radeon HD 5770 (Juniper XT) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ Eyefinity

this one is on newegg for 140 but what do you recomend

(and will i be able to play halo reach on low settings)

I'm guessing you have an Optiplex GX620? Your PSU will be the limiting factor here; is it the 305W supply or the 280W one? You can check the sticker located on the PSU itself for confirmation.

if you FURTHER plan to build a new computer system based on newer intel/amd processors, then use that 5770, otherwise you can save money by using ati 4670 1 gb ddr3...

actualy i did build it i used the junk parts from a crappy computer, put 4 gigs of ram in it and a 750 watt psu in a different tower

by the way archeam i noticed you used kingston value ram the !@#$iest ram on the planet

Erm...you do know that Halo: Reach is an X360-only game? Either you honestly don't know, or I've just fed the troll! :p

Yes i realize halo reach is x box 360 only i was just wanting to build a computer that could theoretically play it if it did come to pc
