From Microsoft:

Bug Check 0x71: SESSION5_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

The SESSION5_INITIALIZATION_FAILED bug check has a value of 0x00000071. This bug check indicates that the initialization of the Microsoft Windows operating system failed.

* Honestly, I have never come across this error before. Question, can you get to your desktop screen at all? I don't want to venture a guess as to the cause but if Windows is failing to initialize then I say at least attempt the following:

1. Run ChkDsk

2. Do a full harddrive diagnostics

3. Scan for viruses

4. Possibly do a Windows repair

RE

With the option START WINDOWS NORMALY just for 1 sec i can see the arrow on black background and the restart ocurs, it doesn't shows the desktop or the taskbar.
It's intresting that with last known good configuration works fine. Maybe there is a posibility to restore the actual files, registry state that is loaded by the last known good configuration. Thanks

Okay, get back to the last good configuration and try the above. Let us know how it works out. Have you tride Safe Mode at all?
