Need help to stop being redirected in google.

Please, if someone can help me fix my computer I would be very appreciative. Someone used my computer the other day and I have been dealing with adware and malware ever since. I was able to get rid of the incessant popups with Spydoctor. However, if I click on a google search link, I am still being redirected to wrong pages. Help!

Also - when I ran HJT I got a message saying that the system denied write access to the Hosts file. If any hijacked domains are in this file, HJT may NOT be able to fix this...
