Need help with Direct3D

hello
i need help with direct3d i am trying to run a game called Besieger and it needs a 32MB Direct 3d compatible video card but i can't find what the computer has and the back doesnt want to come off the computer so i cant look at it for it myself.
im wondering if ths is a software issue or video card driver
im running:
XPpro Sp2
have 2GB RAM
and so on

ok lets start with you telling use the make and model of your pc, if you cant do that then you need to download cpuz linked here, after you have it open go the the mainboard, and graphics tabs and tell use the info you see there. This is a hardware issue.

its an Acer Veriton 5900pro

you can buy this video card, the MSI GeForce 210 512MB for $29.99. you will have to install it your self, or take the computer and video card to a friend who can or a computer repair shop.
