Need help

my computer has caught a chinese or korean virus
I have tried many things
avast anti virus
fix registery
malware bytes
antispy ware
etc etc
followed the steps at
techspot

but

I can't open regedit or config commands
my computer cant boot in safe mode
i have attached hjt log

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked. Close HiJackThis. Reboot. Run HojackThis again and attach the new log- all of it. Hopefully you can get into our system to do this..

You also don't have Java installed or running. You will need to install the current version, v6u7 at some point after or during the cleaning.
