if you do use a Asus board, best to stay away from OCZ ram. they can have compatibility issues

Grand Total = $930 approximately, not including rebates. Shipping is free on everything except the case and memory (the latter shouldn't ship for more than $3-8 IMO, depending on where you are). If it's getting out of budget, get the Antec Nine Hundred case from here instead of the Cooler Master case and you should be set.

Also, unless you aren't going to upgrade for a long time (3 years or more), get the X3 720BE instead of the 955 to save some cash. Performance will not be noticeably affected, since games depend more on the GPU.
