New computer- not in use

Hello,
I bought a new mobile computer a few weeks ago,
the model is: HP 250 Business i3-3110M.
Then at home, I charged the battery and checked that everything is working properly.
In practice I'm going to use it only in a few months from now.
What is the best way to keep it until then?
Should I empty the battery, disconnect it? and etc.
thanks:)

I'd suggest making sure the battery is fully charged & then just unplug the AC & let it sit till you're ready to use it.
Although you didn't say what OS it is, I'd suggest you have somebody here help you remove the crapware that it don't need & install security programs

Good luck :)

Charge to 90% capacity, box it up. It shouldn't lose too much over 3 months or so. If it's 6+months, charge for a little bit again.

Thanks for the answers.
And to unplug the AC means to completely remove the battery from the computer or just the battery wire?

If it's going to be 6-8 months+ without use, take out the battery. Otherwise, you can leave it in.
