I have tried a lot of things but I am stuck someone please help

What power supply do you have? Is this a pre-built machine or did you build it. You may not have enough power to run the video card.

You find that 8 pin port on your graphics card, look at your psu cables.
Find that 8pin cable take a picture and bring it back here.
If you do not have one, you'll need to buy a new psu.

I agree with the power plug, that question was coming depending on the answer of the PSU. However, I wouldn't assume he has enough power. A 2500 with a 710 doesn't use that much. He would need a decent 500 watt PSU for a 570, mainly for under load. The booting issue could come from the lack of an 8 pin.

Not trying to be the bearer of bad news but you may want to return that gigabyte card.
This year and late last year gigabyte is really having some bad engineering problems with video cards.

If you still want to stick with amd/ati look at the second link I posted up.

This video card I have it in my computer, higher end emulation and pc gaming.
It really is a bad *** and very good step up from my PNY-GTX750 SC.
Go with MSI or sapphire if I was going back to ati again.....
I would stick with sapphire they make better premium features and they do fix issues.

If you get that slightly used it would be much more better for your system.
