Okay so I bought a new Graphics card for my computer.

As soon as I put the card in my computer it crashed. So I formatted my computer back to factory settings with the new card in it. After it all boots up with the card inside it, it doesn't want to do any computer updates. Any time I try to do any updates it freezes up. And when I try to check for updates it says "cannot find updates or backups"
After repeatedly trying to update and troubleshoot the problem it ends up just crashing again..
