New PC Not Displaying anything

Hi I am new to pc building and I just finished building my new PC every cable is connected it powers on but it does not display anything if someone can help me with my problem I will greatly appreciate it.
Specs:
Asus Prime X370-A
AMD Ryzen 5 2400G Processor
Asus Gtx 1050 Ti
Seagate 4TB Barracuda
G Skill Trident Z ram 16GB 2x8
Corsair CXseries 750 Watt 80 plus bronze Certified

Take the video card out and let the cpu switch to onboard gpu, if it will post normally with things showing on the screen.
Change the primary display from pci-e to igpu display, click apply then ok, the save the current bios setup for it to take reflections.

When your computer is posting up, when your keyboard is plugged in does the num lock, caps lock and scroll lock flash 3 times ?
If it does this and then stays lit on num lock, its a normal indication the mobo/cpu are working fine.

I took out the video card and it still does does not display anything but the num lock caps lock and scroll lock did not flash

Hmm it might be a DOA mobo, you will need to call asus technical support and let them trouble shoot it before RMA replacement.

Before considering RMA'ing mobo have you tried reseating the RAM modules? try turning it on with one stick and switch them might be a faulty ram module or ram not seated properly.
