New RAM, PC reboots

When I placed new RAM (2x Corsair vengeance 4gb ddr3) my pc starts rebooting and never stops. I cant press DEL or F12 for the boot menu. When I tryied to check each one alone both of them work but when I place them together they didn't.
I have: Asus p7h55-m

Yes. I installed them on an another pc and they worked.

The issue right now is not if they are working but the issue is are they configured in the correct slots as per the motherboard manual. Can you link us to the manual? Thanks.

SS: Single-sided / DS: Double-sided
DIMM support:

• A*: Supports one module inserted into any slot as single-channel memory configuration.
• B*: Supports one pair of modules inserted into either the blue slots or the black slots as one pair of dual-channel memory configuration.
• C*: Supports two pairs of modules inserted into both the blue slots and the black slots as two pairs of dual-channel memory configuration

Should work as long as both modules are in the same color slots. Configure for A1&B1 or A2&B2.
