Newly Built PC No signal on monitor and mouse and keyboard not lighting up

Hey all!
I just built my first PC and when I boot it, I get a black screen and my mouse and keyboard are not lighting up. Everything is compatible. Everything is new except for my graphics card and SSD. I have checked that everything is plugged in correctly. Anyone have any suggestions?

Here is my config:
Ryzen 5 5600x
ASUS TUF B450M-Plus 2
EVGA Geforce GTX 680
EVGA Supernova 650 GA gold +80

It is probably going to be a BIOS problem. The 5000 series CPUs require one of the latest BIOS. The B450 boards don't typically have a way to flash the BIOS without a working CPU. You will need an earlier CPU (or at least a 3000 series) to get it to POST so you can flash to BIOS.
