No Audio Device (Need Help)

Hi my computer is a compaq presario CQ40 and window XP and I click something wrong and it turn out to be no audio device in control panel. So I search for some mistake in Device manger and under sound, video and game controllers. Then I found there is a exclamation mark on (Audio device on High Definition Audio Bus). If there is any solution you know or if you know any web that can solve it plz tell me.Thanks!!

Right-click on the yellow exclamation point and remove it. Restart and see if the sound driver is automatically reinstalled
