No sound found

Hey guys I've got a similar problem but I cant find any solution. I have windows 7 ultimate as the OS. The sound icon is ok the audio service is running. Windows says that my Realtek HD Audio Driver is working properly. On-board sound enabled in BIOS. I'm seriously stuck and don't know what else to do. I'll upload screenshots of my device manager

Hmmm.. Everything in your snapshots looks good.

Check CtlPanel->Sound. Make sure the device output is set to what you want. Also, there's a Properties button for the speakers. Try unchecking the "Allow exclusive use" buttons. See if any difference
