Hello there, I haven't been on here for some time (which is good I suppose). For the past 2-3 weeks, my monitor has been playing up. This has only happened a handful of times but it just suddenly goes blank/black and won't come back on (as if it has gone into standby mode) while I'm browsing the net (but the CPU is still running as normal and as a result, I have to shut it down completely by pressing down the power button). However, the past week or so, after the CPU has gone into standby mode and I come back to it an hour or so later, the icons on the monitor has all been re-arranged (best way to describe it) and the font has gone slightly fuzzy. The resolution seems to have changed as well. Sometimes after restarting the CPU, it goes back to normal but sometimes it doesn't. So I thought it might be due to the fact that the monitor is getting a bit old and didn't think too much into it. It is not right at the moment either.
Yesterday & today, my IE8 has been playing up and seems to be a bit slow/sluggish from time to time. It doesn't happen to all sites but certain sites like Facebook come up with res://ieframe.dll/acr.error.htm# followed by the site name. This got me a bit worried thinking I might have a virus in the PC. AVG didn't pick anything up.
I have carried out the scans and here are the logs. I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly take a look and see if there's any unwanted item(s) on there.
Thank you!
Alice
