Not the bang for my buck?

Anyways two days ago I brought a "gaming pc" from ironside that cost about 700$ and it arrived today,
but lately I've noticed that I most likely didn't get the bang for my buck.
Here's the specs:
AMD Processor:
AMD Ryzen 3 1200 3.1GHz (Quad Core)
AMD Motherboard:
MSI A320M Pro-VD Plus
Memory:
4GB (1x4GB) DDR4 2133Mhz
Primary Hard Drive:
1TB
Graphics Card:
Radeon RX 550 2GB
Should I just return it and get something cheaper?
