Don't recall for certain, but vaguely recall filter problems can occur when upgrading. See if this might apply [post=815753]CD/DVD or Disk Problems? How to Fix Problems Caused by Filters[/post]

I tried to delete the filters, but it didn't work. I tried to go to the BIOS setup and restore defaults but didn't work. Any other Ideas. Please help. I need my dvd player.

Thanks in advance
