Outlook Express messages won't print

I can print anything on my XP Home SP3 - except Outlook Express messages. All that is printed, whether in the pane view, or an opened email, is the heading. The message body will not print. I have to copy and paste to Word to print.

The problem is recent. Seems to date back to the update of IE 6 ti IE 7?

When printing a message, opened but still in the pane view, only the pane address bar is printed.

I need help please folks. Thank you.

You are referring to the Preview Pane when saying 'pane' view, yes?

Please do this: turn the Preview Pane ON. Easiest way is to customize Toolbar to include Preview icon. Click that to turn on.

Highlight the message body> File> Print.
Please check this setting for me: Open OE> View> Layout> Preview Pane section> what do you have checked in this setting?

Thanks Bobbye, Whether the preview pane is enabled or not, the message body does not print. It is NOT my printer as everything else prints without problem. I spent ywo hours googling this problem yhesterday, and not one fix was offered! Best wishes.
