Since re-installing xp, a box pops up requesting password when accessing server. Does this have anything to with the security/intranet in Internet Properties? Is this a default setting? If so, can it be changed?
What is the system you are talking about? System specs? Is this a work computer or are you using at home with no other networked computers? You probably accidentally choose the wrong option during the XP reinstall
