Password Problem in XP

Is there any way to log onto Windows XP, by bypassing the password, it gets to the startup screen and asks for password, its not accepting the password.

Yes

First try going to Safe mode
Then logging into Administrator
Go to users in Control Panel
Select each or any password protected account
Select remove password
Restart

2nd
