everytime i lay my motherboard in the case, it doesn't work, but outside of the case my pc boots and everything works as its suppose. can someone please help me fix this problem, sparks occur to when holes for the screws for mounting the board to the case, touch the case. Can someone please help.

This doesn't sound quite right to me - sparks should not happen!
The motherboard should fit to the case using the standoffs that usually come with the new case. These are usually made of brass.
Use only standoffs to match the holes in the motherboard - any extra ones will short out the board and possibly damage it.
If you want to support the board at the edges, use only plastic supports and through holes - but this is not normally necessary.
