Please Help CompMgmt.msc

Hi, I have a dell xps420 with vista Home Premium. Recently I needed to disable some services from runnig. So in Start menu, I right clicked on Computer and then selected Manage to get to the computer management section. However I get the following error message

c:\Windows\system32\CompMgmt.msc
Windows cannot access the specified device, file or path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

I have an administrator account so that is a problem.
I have tried using system restore, but every time I try, on different restore points, System restore fails.

Please help and I will greatly appreciate any.

Re-enable the services you stopped and see what happens. What type of services did you stop anyway?

No worries I sorted out the problem, I needed to run system restore in safe mode and it restored properly. Thanks anyway

Computer Management

Hi, just follow the ff. steps:
>Click START
>Type in Search: compmgmt.msc
>Right Click: compmgmt.msc
>THEN SELECT: Run as administrator
>Click CONTINUE
Then this will show the Computer Management Window.
