Random lockups with new build

So last week I replaced my case Motherboard CPU Graphic card and Dvd Burner.
The problem is that it randomly locks up where i cant do anything besides power down by the case button. This problem has only come up in Battlefield bad company 2. I have played GTA IV, just cause 2 and tf2 for hours with out problems. was wondering what could be the problem.

Edit: system temps at time of lock up.
CPU: 54c
GPU: 69c
MB: 40c

Setup:
CPU: AMD Phenom II 1055T
MotherBoard: M4N98TD EVO
Ram: Kingston Hyper Blu 4gb
Graphic Card: EVGA GTX 460 SE 1GB
Power Supply: Rosewell 530w
Dvd burner: LG Dvd Burner
Case: Apevia 3 case fans + fan controller and Temp Monitor
HDD: 3x 320gb SATA II, 1x 500gb SATA II

None of the games are cracked and where bought on steam.

Find the temperature thresholds on your video card because 69c = 156f temperature wise and that may be too hot.

And one thing about heat is that it will shut down a system fast.
