Reactivating Windows XP screwed my comp up.

I came home and without touching anything my computer told me it needed to reactivate windows. So I went through the process and now my comp is royally bugged... I don't have the option to Turn off the computer from the Start menu and I can't open the Task manager because it says it "has been disabled by your administrator". Here's the kicker, theres only one profile on my computer and going through control panel/users it says I am still the Admin... Though I have limited access... any help?
